2023 R2 is a Major Release that encompasses all features and enhancements introduced within Soprano Connect after 2023 R1.

New Features

Push Notifications for Mobile apps (Portal & API) - Phase 2

We have had further updates for the new Push Notification service to include the following features, advancing the capabilities and enriching the user experience:

SMS Fallback for Push Notifications
Ability to create multimedia (image and sound) Push Notifications and Templates
Custom buttons with Push Notifications
Push Notification Reporting
Push Notification Billing Updates

SPAM Content Detection and Blocking

In this release, we have introduced a new feature to detect and block SPAM based on pre-defined rules which can be configured by the administrator and can be applied to the account/subaccounts for all SMS messages via Portal and APIs. This feature will be URI enabled at the ROOT level or per license level.

Enhancements

2023 Usability enhancement

The following usability Enhancement has been accomplished:

Add the 'Reply-to-Address' option to the message summary.

Other enhancements:

Enhanced Account Report - User with search functionality and 2FA Status.
Remove portal banner notifications from all roots.
Make appId configurable and add remaining access tokens in properties - Whatspp Direct
